The lower level of this Delafield home has come of age, transformed from kids’ hangout to adult gathering room. The homeowners love their beautiful outdoor living area built by Rob Miller Homes a few years ago, so when they were ready to remodel the lower level, they naturally turned to the RMH team again. This elegant space was renovated with grownups in mind, from its sophisticated finishes to its connoisseur-approved wine racks. The homeowners are avid wine collectors and wanted the design to accommodate and display their collection. The lower level also includes a guest bedroom (complete with cool murphy beds), a workout room (complete with bubbler), and a luxurious spa bathroom.
