The pool and privacy were paramount to this couple as they designed their forever home with RMH. Given that they had nearly three acres to work with, they had plenty of leeway to achieve that objective exactly as they envisioned.

This home in the country has a modern yet timeless design and incorporates formal elements that elevate the space. With the pool as focal point, the home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The bank of windows and doors at the front of the home mirror those poolside, taking advantage of passive solar design and giving open line of sight to the lovely vista surrounding the home.

The larger than average pantry doubles as a secondary kitchen leaving the primary kitchen uncluttered for entertaining. A screen porch, cozy den off the kitchen, finished lower level, and spacious combined laundry room/office/mudroom round out the home’s design.
